Team United: Partners in Change
The good business of giving back
A thriving community is good for business, as is a highly engaged workforce that has the chance to see the impact of their organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
That’s why we support innovative approaches to leveraging business expertise, networks and resources to achieve community impact, while delivering best practice employee engagement to inspire business and individual giving.
In 2017, we worked with 50 leading companies to create impact throughout Australia, including welcoming six new corporate partners. From providing pro-bono and technical support, to driving successful fundraising events and workplace giving campaigns, to getting directly involved in giving local children and youth the chance to thrive, our partners have played a vital role in overcoming the social and economic disadvantage that limits the dreams, potential and life chances of vulnerable young Australians.
We sincerely thank all of our partners in change for their life-changing support.
Australia’s first business park Community Walkathon was a huge success, with over 500 participants from nine Macquarie Park businesses stepping out to raise funds and engage in their local community.
Raising more than $15,000 on the day, initiatives like the Community Walkathon is helping the Macquarie Park Business Community Partnership to provide books and other vital early learning resources to around 500 local children.
2017 School Ball a Smashing Success!
Proving to be the most memorable yet, the 2017 School Ball was not only a fundraising success, it was a wonderful opportunities for our committed partners to enjoy an evening of glamour and elegance while giving vulnerable children the chance to reach their full potential.
The $300,000 raised on the night represents life-changing opportunities for children who might not otherwise get their chance to shine, and is testament to the generosity and dedication of our guests and corporate sponsors who helped make the evening such a success.
Thank you to our amazing 2017 Partners!
