On September 25, The Dollywood Foundation is introducing Give Like Dolly Day — a new annual tradition created to honour Dolly’s generous heart and her lifelong commitment to children.

For more than 30 years, Dolly’s dream has helped put books into the hands and hearts of children around the world. And because of the dedication of Local Imagination Library Partners and the communities they serve, that dream continues to grow.
In the weeks since Dolly’s passing, we’ve witnessed an extraordinary outpouring of love, gratitude and support from people around the world.

Give Like Dolly Day is an opportunity to turn that love into action by giving back to children and communities, just as Dolly did throughout her life. We’re inviting people everywhere to support organisations doing meaningful work for children where they live — beginning with their local Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program.
